These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the phtaya365 platform. By registering an account or using any phtaya365 service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By accessing or using the phtaya365 platform at phtaya365.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By creating an Account on phtaya365, clicking any "I Agree," "Register," or similar button, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the phtaya365 Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus participation, withdrawals, and customer support interactions.
2.3 phtaya365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the phtaya365 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that your use of the phtaya365 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. phtaya365 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
3.3 Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
3.4 Exclusion. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of phtaya365 and its affiliated companies, technology providers, and game suppliers are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
Age Verification: phtaya365 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the phtaya365 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. phtaya365 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phtaya365 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). phtaya365 is required to verify the identity of its Players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as phtaya365 may reasonably request for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
4.4 Account Transferability. Accounts are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya365 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your Account.
5.2 You agree to notify phtaya365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. phtaya365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
5.3 phtaya365 will never ask you for your password. Any communication purporting to be from phtaya365 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.4 All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless and until you have notified phtaya365 of unauthorized access and phtaya365 has had a reasonable opportunity to act on such notification.
6.1 Deposits. phtaya365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phtaya365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phtaya365 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
6.3 Currency. All transactions on the phtaya365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
6.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your phtaya365 Wallet are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. phtaya365 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.
6.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phtaya365 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as published on the Platform.
7.1 phtaya365 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published on the Platform and incorporated herein by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. phtaya365 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; or colluding with other Players to abuse promotional offers.
7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. phtaya365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account will not be affected by such changes, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
7.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet without compensation.
8.1 All games available on the phtaya365 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.
8.2 phtaya365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and fair. The RNG systems used by phtaya365 and its game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, phtaya365 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's Wallet. phtaya365 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected w ager.
8.4 phtaya365 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including but not limited to cases of collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software errors.
9.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the phtaya365 Platform:
9.2 Any breach of this Section 9 constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, as well as referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.
10.1 All content on the phtaya365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phtaya365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of phtaya365.
10.3 The phtaya365 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phtaya365. You may not use any phtaya365 trademark without our prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phtaya365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 phtaya365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaya365 Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phtaya365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude phtaya365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 phtaya365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
12.2 Players who wish to set limits on their gaming activity or to self-exclude may do so by accessing the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings or by contacting our support team.
12.3 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, phtaya365 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, though we cannot guarantee that all access will be prevented.

13.1 phtaya365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, phtaya365 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account, including both real money funds and bonus funds.
13.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting phtaya365 customer support. Any real money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.
14.1 phtaya365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phtaya365 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.3 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phtaya365 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phtaya365 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt.
